Footnote 1 - Letters: Open output file with Excel, sort and count row for each patient.

Footnote 2 - Provider A/R Totals report: Initial Balances are only included in the Beginning Balance and the Ending Balance. An Initial Balance is only included in the Beginning Balance if the Initial Balance is dated before the first day in the range used. The +ADJ and –ADJ needs to be combined manually for each for Adjustments to Production and Adjustments to Collections.

Footnote 3 - Practice Assistant Scheduled Production Report: Total Available Days in Range counts each day the provider is available for even an hour as a whole day (not as half days when less than 5 hours as in the KPI report).

Footnote 4 - Treatment Plan Statistics Analysis: The amounts will probably not match the amounts for Case Acceptance for two reasons: (1) The calculations for Treatment Plan Statistics Analysis are not held by the same date boundaries; and (2) it does not count completed procedures that were never treatment planned as treatment diagnosed and accepted.

Footnote 7 - Insurance Aging Reports do not have an As of Date option, so will only match if the Practice Advisor Report As of Date is “today”. If not, the amounts for claims dated after the As of Date could be subtracted from the aged balances.

There may be some discrepancy between the reports because the Continuing Care List cannot filter by the Last Visit Date.

Footnote 11 - Letters: Open output file with Excel, sort and count row for each patient.
The Practice Advisor only considers patients part of the Active Patient Base who have a Last Visit Date within the time specified in the Practice Advisor Setup.
