Q. When is the Last Statement Date field in the Ledger updated?
A. The Last Statement Date is updated when a single billing statement is printed (not batched) from the Ledger or from the Office Manager as well as sent electronically. Previewing or sending the statement to the batch processor does NOT update the Last Statement Date field. Note: If the Last Statement Date field is not updating, it may be necessary to run a utility with Dentrix Support. Please contact customer support. Be prepared with a good backup and some time when all computers can remain out of the Dentrix system while running the utility.
